Scriptures to Review: Mark 3:20-35

–        (v.21) Why do you think Jesus’ family was saying “he is out of his mind” and wanting to take him away with them? After raising/growing up with Jesus, how could they have such a false understanding of his role/identity?

–        (v.27) How does this parable relate to Jesus bringing forth the Kingdom of God?

–        Read 1 John 5:19. If the world is under satan’s control, does that mean that it is not under God’s control?

–        (v.28-29) Prior to the message, what was your understanding of “blasphemy against the Holy Spirit”? Has your understanding now changed?

–        (vv.33-35) Was this Jesus rejecting and being rude to his family here? Why/Why not?

–        (v.35) How can this verse help shape/define our approach to outreach/evangelism?
